Pupil Involvement

All pupils in our school are members of the Pupil Council. Each year we elect a Chair Person and a Secretary, with all other pupils forming the committee and taking part in meetings.

The Pupil Council is one way we can all become involved in
making decisions within the school.

Our Achievements

The Primary 5-7 pupils organised a Burns Lunch on 31st January. All the pupils took part in the celebration and some parents, relatives and friends were also able to join us.
Abody had a fare bra’ time!

We set up a daily fruit tuck shop, which has been
running since August 2011.

We worked with the Parent Council to organise a Halloween Party for the whole school.

We practised hard for our Christmas play, "A Way In The Manger", which we hope you enjoyed.

We organised a variety of activities for reading week.

The P5 - P7 pupils held a Fairtrade cafe event, inviting parents to sample Fairtrade products, such as tea, coffee, chocolate and biscuits.
